Refunds and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Rescra. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at rescrastore@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize resolving the issue, whether through replacement, refund, or other means. Rescra reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that do not meet the stated criteria.
